Registration Fee

Welcome to join us！

Vasaloppet 50km & 25km： Registration fee includes insurance, number bibs,timing chip, admission ticket,refreshment stations during 50km and 25km races, commemorative medal.

When you finish your registration, you will receive a confirm email. If not, please contact Gloria (gloria.guo@nordicways.com +86 18243053892) at once.

Withdrawal and refund
– Applying for refund before December 16th, 2020, 50% of the registration fee and 80% of the Accommodation & Optional Services fees will be refunded to the withdrawn participants.
– Applying for refund between December 16th, December 29th, 2020 : no refund application for registration fee and Accommodation & Optional Services fees will be accepted by the organizing committee.
-Refund for medical reasons: 80% of the registration fee and Accommodation & Optional Service fees will be refunded at all times against proper documentation before events(before December 16th, 2020). On and  (from December 16th, 2020) before events, no refund application for medical reasons can be accepted.

Registration is personal and cannot be transferred to any other person.
